Magnetic Reed Switches

Magnetic reed switches are electrical switches that use a magnet to activate a pair of reed switches, which are thin, ferromagnetic metal blades that are hermetically sealed in a glass envelope. They are commonly used in a variety of applications, such as security systems, automotive electronics, and medical devices.

Magnetic reed switches consist of two reed switches that are positioned in close proximity to each other. When a magnetic field is applied to the switch, the reed switches attract each other, completing the electrical circuit. When the magnetic field is removed, the reed switches return to their original position, breaking the circuit.
